How Fast Do You Type?

Not very. It's the biggest reason I doubt I could do it for a living.

Nah, about 60 wpm.

I'm can do about 40-50 WPM when I'm really on a roll, but it's usually not that quick.

About 80 or 90 WPM. In my computer class, we go by GWAM, or Good Words A Minute. It's not enough to be a word; it has to be a GOOD word.

According to typing test, only 86 on my one and only try on Astronauts, but that's with 100% accuracy.

Yes, I type that many words. However, I'm not typing that essay, for several reasons:

I type really slowly.  My WPM is in the mid forties.

no idea... i guess i can type faster for "internet/chat use" because i mostly throw all case sensivity over board (and some punctuation along with it) in both german and english. 
 
so typing for school takes a bit longer :(

I can type steadily at 140 WPM for short bursts, but usually I'll get tired/bored and drop down to 105-110 after a few minutes. It's pretty easy to transcribe things as I hear them, but significantly more difficult to preface each sentence with who's saying it.
 
Lots of punctuation causes my typing speed to slow to a crawl (around 80WPM or so)
