Oh man. I sleep a lot but i go without sleep a lot as well so i have a constantly shifting sleep cycle. I stay up longer than the average person each day so when i finally go to sleep i end up sleeping a little longer than normal and then i do the same thing all over again... its a vicious cycle.

Between 5-8, depending on what time I have to be at school or work. I tend to stay up later than I should.

Between a baby and a 6 AM job, I usually get 2-4 segments of sleep totalling 4-8 hours a night.

4-5 although that's a big improvement, I used to suffer from pretty chronic insomnia when I was a teen and in my early 20's, I'd only sleep a few hours every other day. I do not recommend it.

I once stayed awake for a week straight, at the end I came home for dinner (was during march break) my mom told me it'd be about half an hour, so I flopped down on the couch, and woke up and it was starting to get dark and the house smelled odd, I got up to go to the bathroom and get the food, and it was a totally different meal, turned out I'd slept for about 27 hours straight and couldn't be moved or woken up, worried the crap outa the family. Afterwards I stayed up for 3 days straight again.

Needless to say I'm happy I sleep a somewhat normal amount now.

It really varies. Last night I went to bed at 1AM and awoke at 8AM, but sometimes I'll go to bed at 11:00 and not awake until 10:00.

I'm trying to fix that. It's so annoying.

That sounds like the best fucking job ever.

I do graphic design so I sleep like 4 - 5 hours and worry about stuff I haven´t done for the next 19 - 20 hours.

5-6 or so hours. I get nervous and can't fall back asleep once I wake. I used to be able to do like 8-10, maybe 12... At least I never have problems falling asleep at night, but if I wake, that's it. Can't relax at all after that. And if I say fuck it and try to anyway, then I just get this super-uneasy searing feeling in my stomach. Dunno what that's about. Any ideas? Because, y'know. Internet forum medical advice. Think about it.

4-6 hours, on a good day/weekend 7-8 hours, but that is with naps. Having a month year old baby tends to have serious impact on the sleep.
