195 and 6'3". I played football and wrestled in high school so the adjustment to no athletic competition in college puffed me up for a year or so, then I forced myself back into it which wasn't too tough. Back to feeling pretty good about myself.

my weight is ???

Is it weird that I have "internet" known you for like a billion years, and I didn't know you were a girl. No, that's not weird right? Actually it would probably be weirder if I DID somehow know that... Right? The more you know...

Probably around 210, tops.

185, about 6'1". I'm pretty muscular, but still working on toning! I'm no Hugh Jackman, though. I stopped working out for a few years when I entered college, and got as high as 235-240 pounds. I got back into exercising and running in January, and I'm back down to almost my ideal weight. I'm looking to lose another 10lbs and one day get that coveted six-pack.

Maybe.

160 and 5 foot 8. Fat enough for it to show but not enough for it to be a big deal. I should probably eat healthier.

@animasta: I can't help but imagine a sitcom style scenario where you have developed feelings for the other person due to natural chemistry, and have been scared the entire time that you are falling in love with another man. I am almost certain this was the plot to an Amanda Bynes movie.

Well, yea, if you put it like that.

About 202. I'm 6'3" I was always heavy, sitting near 260 in early high school but that's changed after about 4 years of what is basically body building.

#63 Posted by Bribo (605 posts) -

I could just about estimate that in stones.

I've lost too much hair to give a fuck.

I'll tell you when I find enough stones and a scale to weigh myself against.

#69 Posted by BaneFireLord (2941 posts) -

Been a while since I weighed myself...last time I checked I was around 193 or so (I'm 6'5"), but that was before I got back in school and had to cut down on my workout regime a bit. I'm probably up around 196-7 now.

I hover around 180-190. A year ago I was 250. Just wanted to brag about that for a second.

I am a very light dude. About 5' 7". Cannot gain weight to save my life, my metabolism is too high. I have weighed the same since I was about 17.

Likewise.

Haven't been weighed in a while, but I should probably weigh around 160-170 with muscle and I currently probably weigh 180-190 with a lot of fat involved in the midsection. I was 140-150 most of high school. I'm 5'11.

It's sort of embarrassing having been a former track runner and basketball player, but sitting on my ass and getting drunk listening to podcasts and browsing the internet often seems preferable to working out (which I admittedly rarely did even when I was an athlete) these days. A few different life events (none of them purely health related, thankfully) have led to me starting to think about turning it back around, though. I just need to find a good body weight exercise regimen, I tried to kick off Insanity cold turkey and it turns out that is an AWFUL idea, both from an "able to keep up" stand point and a "healthy for your hips, back, knees and ankles" stand point.

With the use of an application, I now know that 77kgs equals about 169-odd pounds.

Congrats dude. I was around that, maybe 230 something and now I'm around 165- 170. Up top!

#75 Posted by sixnahalf (50 posts) -

I'm about 155lbs need more excercise though need to be 137lbs :D

#76 Posted by Vanick (332 posts) -

I fluctuate between 136-141 and I'm 5'10". I used to weigh 250. Losing weight is much more difficult at the beginning when you can't really see a difference but once you do it really motivates you to keep going. I also learned putting on muscle is much more difficult.

#77 Posted by Chop (1999 posts) -

I go between 155-165ish.

I'm happy with it. I've never liked looking skinny, so average to slightly large is the sweet spot for me.

#78 Edited by Lumley (960 posts) -

As expected I'm one of the lightest.

I'm somewhere between 8 1/2 and 9 stone so about 121 pounds - and I'm 6 foot. I hate my weight but gaining weight is really difficult for me. I've weighed this much for at least the past 4 years, stupid metabolism..

#79 Edited by Carryboy (686 posts) -

6foot4 203 pounds 14% bodyfat, end goal of around 210 and 12%.

133lbs

I'm the kind fat where you wouldn't really notice I'm fat unless you saw me with my shirt off.

#83 Edited by Zalrus9 (111 posts) -

I've not weighed myself in a while, but late I checked it was 140-145. I'm 5'8"-5'9" ish. I used to weigh as much as 184 in high school, but then I stared exercising again and dropped it down a bit. It's slowly climbed higher now that I graduated, but I'll get back to exercising eventually...

#84 Posted by slyspider (1240 posts) -

150lbs (that's 68kg for those of you in the parts of the world that use the correct system of measurement) at 5'10".
