i say im a 7. i dont conform to the old nerd stereotype. i dont like star trek, didnt really like star wars, i dont wear glasses, i have no allergies, and i dont spend all my time studying and i really dont care about bad grades unless its a D or lower (but i usually get As, the lowest ive gotten was a C). but i do spend all my time in my room, playing video games and posting here. im 15 and ive never had a girlfriend :( but its cuz im pretty standoffish, though i usually get along with most people.

I listen to game music, I watch community demos, I own lots of retro consoles, I upload videos of old games and demos to YouTube.  OMG I think my score might be very high. :P

I play games for ridiculous amounts of time, I enjoy doing a lot of writing about that kind of thing, I'm instantly enthralled by anything to do with computers, whenever I come across something I like I need to know everything about it and always get way into the trivia and I know more about Halo than any normal man should.

i'd say 5/10. i play a lot of games then go discuss them on the internets and that's about it...

I'm more of a closet geek, and it's a pretty huge closet considering all the geeky stuff I get into on the net and such, so I'd say about 6/10. Although I wear glasses and come close to looking like one, but as far as the cliches and stereotypes of geeks go, I dress far from that.

Pretty geeky as far as interests in games, movies, roleplaying, fast food and natural science is concerned, also in looks, health, and lack of interest in social connections or sports.
I wrote some simple games in Qbasic when I was 10-12 and I draw and animate my own emoticons. That's pretty damn nerdy.

Is it geeky to ask how the geek scale is supposed to operate and where it starts and ends?

Is .1 very geeky and 10. anti geeky or vice versa?

If you are a 5. is it possible that you are dead?  Everyone has to be more or less geeky right.

Maybe the 1. to 10. indicates how many biros you have in the top pocket of your shirt - the more pens the more geeky...meh

I wouldn't really rate myself as much of a nerd because I am really into sports and other non typical nerd type things. So despite the insistence of friends and family who think I am a MAJOR nerd, I would say I am a low scale nerd 4/10.

Id say, a 5/10. I have many... nerd hobbies, but I don't fit the stereotypical nerd look, except for the fact that I wear glasses.

Probably like 6/10.  I'm really more of a dork though. :D

8/10, well I'm a programmer who has glasses. I have no Girl Friend :(, in fact I can't get passed the 2nd date. Why not 10/10 because I hate Star Trek with a passion. I hate to read books, in fact it takes me 6 months to read a book. I hated school for the most part.

Well I have a Girlfriend, was laid,play a guitar and love metal. Yet I love Video games and awesome samurai movies like, Samurai X,Afro Samurai, and Princess mononoke(if that counts)

Well i would say about a 7. I have no gf yet but havent been looking and cant afford one at this point lol, i have a job and go to college. But i spend most of my free time playing games and chilling with the Fam. or friends. Dont really like movies. Like some anime but im very selective. I tend to like to be alone. i hate big crowds and could care less about partys and the such.
