Holy shit the Tom Leykis/Amy Poehler episode was incredible. Not as good as Andrew Lloyd Webber and the orphan boy though.

The "best of" episodes are a pretty good start. Guests to way go out of your way to look out for: Ben Schwartz, Andy Daly, Jason Mantzoukas, James Adomian, Jessica St. Clair. There's probably tons more I'm forgetting someone else will mention.
