I'm not a Gamespot outcast, I just got to a point where I found it to be ridiculously over-restricted and anal. You can't say anything there without getting modded anymore.
^^^ Yeah, my dad said he found a PSP with a bunch of games installed onto the memory stick and he got convinced it WAS legal so I asked on the forums "This is illegal, right?" Got locked in 5 minutes.
But, we're not here to talk about how annoying Gamespot can be, I only came to this topic because I thought it said "I'm From Gamestop" and you were going to say something interesting but let's just leave the Gamespot hate for overthrowing the Gamespot forums some day.

Had your question been answered in that 5 minutes? If so, I can understand it being locked. A thread like that might lead to people promoting illegal activity, which gamespot have to cover their backs from for legal reasons. If your question had been answered locking it would be fine. The thread no-longer has any legitimate purpose. If it hadn't been answered, then that's harsh.
Either way, the only board I frequent on gamespot anymore is the GSUK board. It's the best mini-community on the site. The people are far nicer than on allot of the other boards. And the mods that frequent there are generally a bit more relaxed than the rest of the mods.
