Part of the problem is that when users post a blog entry, they are prompted to choose which forum they would like it published to - there is no clear option to NOT publish blog entries to at least one forum. This is possible if you navigate away from the page after submitting the blog but before choosing a forum to publish to. In this case, this topic has no discussion value so I'm closing it...it'll stay in this user's blog, though. I hope.
