Not sure if this is in the right place, but oh well.

I have just ordered a brand new Samsung SM2032MW 20" Widescreen TV Monitor for about £200 of Amazon.

I had been wanting a smaller HDTV/Monitor for my bedroom and after looking at lots of them, I decided that I would go with this one because I already had a Samsung 42" 1080p HDTV in the living room and I really like it.

I think it looks as if it is really good value for money because it supports 1080p, which you don't get in many HDTV's at that price. It also has a pretty fast response time of 5ms.

So yeh, here's the link to the the HDTV/Monitor - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-SM2032MW-Widescreen-Monitor-Black/dp/B000U1H0XY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1217091986&sr=8-1

I also ordered a HDMI Cable because my main reason for this is to use it for my PS3, but I'll also be using it for my Wii, and, obviously, my PC.

Here's the link to the HDMI Cable - http://www.amazon.co.uk/LINX-HDMI-Cable-Premium-Plated/dp/B000H8TQL4/ref=pd_bxgy_ce_text_b?ie=UTF8&qid=1217091986&sr=8-1

So yeh, I basically just want to know if you guys think I made the right choice on going for this HDTV/Monitor?

If anyone owns it, please give me their opinion on it.

Thanks!

Yeh, I have a 42" Samsung 1080p in the living room and I love it so hopefully I will be happy with this one too.

I was about to post and say that your post was pretty pointless, but I can't.
It's not pointless at all, cause I looked at it for like 30 seconds straight. :D

I have this exact same monitor and have been very pleased with it. However mine occassionally freezes and refuses to let me change inputs, but it's all solved with a quick unplugging of the power cord. All the different inputs are great, the built in speakers are pretty good and the resolution of 1680x1050 is totally awesome for internet browsing and such like.

If you're actually planning on watching TV on that then it's a good choice otherwise you could have gone bigger and better with a regular LCD monitor.

As I said in my first post, I was just wanting a small HDTV/Monitor for my bedroom, seeing as I already have a 42" Samsung HDTV in the living room.

and i rather like gaming on a decent size screen
my 50 inch is way too big for gaming IMO
too much to look at
