Yes. don't know if you read all that's in this topic. But, i want a 3ds....sometime :) travel first really. I'v been around the world really. Not all ofc, but much. america and islands around america and south america is done. europe. God, trips with familys all over europe. been to russa, china, thailand, taiwan. But never where i really wanted to go. Rome, australia and japan.

Anyway...don't go out of your way to spend it; in the scheme of things, it's not a lot of money. There shouldn't be any rush to spend it, if you ever need to spend some money later on, then you'll have the piece of mind to know you have extra money to spare. Seriously, don't go out of your way to spend all of it/most of it right now.

But yes, need to save up. Looking at life, 23K is not much, but i can honestly say that i have never had that amount on my acount before. so it's kinda scary but fun in the same way... if you know what i mean :)

Do you own your house? If not a downpayment on a home is always a good investment.  If you are talking about splurging some money on yourself, perhaps if there are some new things you want to learn you could take a few courses you never thought you could afford. 
 Vacation somewhere new! Think about the places you possibly never got to visit and really want to.   I'm always the silly make a list person, so I would end up making a list of what I really needed versus wanted, but the house would definitely be the first on my list.

You can also get the Ocarina for the Virtual Console on the Wii for not a lot of money if you have access to that console. I'd say save most of it but go with some kind of little treat of something for yourself.

Another thing to save for is if GB does any kind of world tour, then catch up with them wherever they might be in conjunction with some kind of vacation.

Presumably more than half will go to inheritance task, too. So figure that leaves you with $11k. Not really anything worth doing with that amount of money other than just tossing it into your 401k or other retirement savings. Build a bomb shelter underground thats able to sustain you for 10-15 years.

Buy some small investments in as many companies as possible with whats left.

Come back in 10-15 years, sell all your stock, as one of those companies is bound to be a fortune 500 company by then.

Live like Bruce Wayne for the rest fo your life.
