Well, I recently had to think of this game I used to play a long time ago, released somewhere around 2001 ish, it is a game which had on the cover art a girl and a dragon. In the beginning of the game you had to fight spiders and goblins to escape your sea side town, it was an open world game. You had swords and bow and arrows as ammo and you could collect blood. I remember the girl kinda looked like tomb raider.
