My first job was great - stock clerk work at a local grocery store, I was 15 or so. First thing my supervisor did was make fun of me for not doing drugs.
6 hours? I would LOVE to have 6 hours workdays, hell I'd love to have job too while we're at it. Here (Sweden) it's pretty much a standard to work 8 hours a day, adn the jobs I've had in the past I worked 8-10 hours a day. I know it sucks but as has been stated, it's not easy making a living in these days. Be glad you have a job at least.
I work at a movie theater now and get payed like $8 an hour. I like it because we basically have like 3 hours of down time every 6 hour shift. It's basically like getting payed to do nothing!!! haha

Oh live with it. I work as a stock boy and I don't like it, but it buys me my cigarettes.
