During the SNES all-day-a-thon, Dave was discussing user name changes when people subscribe this year, and I was wondering how many people were going to use this feature. I have thought about changing my name before, but I go back and forth on the idea. Thoughts? Concerns? Excitement?
If able, will you change your user name?
My quest to have a completely unique username goes on so I probably will be changing it. I think I have a good one lined up.
No, mine is fairly unique and I'm quite attached to it.
I was devastated when I found out someone already had it on XBL.
Actually, now that I think about it, it may actually be attached to my old Xbox...
Nope! I use this name for nearly everything, have for years, and it is based on my actual name so I probably won't stop using it anytime soon.
Yes. Just to add The to it like my 360 tag. Don't know what I was thinking when I didn't type that in.
Maybe. I might would change mine to make it match my XBL tag....which I don't know why I didn't do in the first place.
Probably, I dislike having numbers in my name. I just chose this name because I wanted to sign up on the Big Live Live Show last year.
I settled into this username quite a while ago, though there's still remnants around of my old one. (I refuse to get rid of my old YouTube Account...I'm not sure why.)
So no, I won't. I like it. Plus I still have an old avatar I made for it, and I can never be bothered making a new one.
Yes, I have some others I'm considering. This one is all right, but very forgettable. You can't become an internet celebrity with a name like this.
I have to change my dumb Screened name, but as for GB, no. SmashedControllers is usually my name unless I can't fit it then it's ObliteratedTaco.
Yeah, but the one I want is already taken, and the account has done literally nothing on the site. Makes me mad.
Possibly.
I've been using this username on every site I've joined since like 2005, so I kind of like having one alias.
But I also hate the name ShadowVirus, too geeky, but I'm not smart enough to come up with anything better.
Also I don't like changing usernames on a site once I've been on that site for a few years.
