I feel like this trend is getting crazy enough to the point where I wouldn't be surprised that it becomes a provisional forum rule to outright disallow these threads.

Brad. He's the only duder I feel is actually a decent person. I trust him enough to know that he didn't want to do it, and that he would be truly sorry.

I'd be completely unsurprised if I found out Jeff and Ryan operated chapters of the San Francisco mafia, Patrick would make a pretty good serial killer, and Vinny seems like, if he killed someone, he wouldn't feel sorry.

I don't think this is going to actually warrant mod action until it gets outright offensive or begins to incite completely off-topic discussions, kind of like this.

... so we're probably, actually kind of close to getting these threads to the point of being punishable, as long as our unrest with regards to the sudden surge of these threads continues to incite off-topic discussion as opposed to poll answer discussion.

All these kinds of threads? That will require further consideration. This one and certainly the new ones popping up right now are a problem though. They're not here to actually try to start a reasonable discussion, they're here to be ridiculous for the sake of being ridiculous, or mock other users or threads. Threads like this one are just clogging up the forums. I'm locking this.
