If eating bad food wasn't bad for me, and I didn't feel like shit after eating it, AND I could afford it: I would probably eat pizza a lot of nights out of the week. Burgers at Five Guys. Go out for Mexican. Twizzlers and ice cream every night. Fast food breakfast often. Lots of alcohol mixed with sugary drinks. It's kind of like I used to eat, but I did look and feel like shit then. Go figure. I do miss all that food sometimes, though. If there's a heaven then I'm pigging out every meal when I'm up there.

so, there's a local mexican market that sells, Chicharon. If your not aware of what this is, it's deep fried pig skin with chunks of fat in them....... I GREW UP WITH THESE! When I went back to my home country I couldn't eat too much of the fatty and greasy foods, I felt sick from it for a while needed something less soaked in fatty meat juices. There's like toothpaste tubes of condensed milk to suck on, soda that's candy flavored and not fruit flavored.
I eat those every now and then, while having a beer. But it's a treat, I mostly eat now pretzels with peanut butter and roasted almonds.

Basically what I eat now. I'm happy with the food I put into me right now regardless if it is healthy or not. Well okay, I'd probably go for Spaghetti a little more often. Other than that though there'd be very little change.
Seeing as I'm quite underweight, I eat as much unhealthy food as i want to and its great! Saturated fats are the most delicious of fats.
No such thing as unhealthy food. That's all PR nonsense. You can eat 10k calories of Pizza a day and as long as you intake enough vitamins, protein, etc. and exercise enough to burn off 8k calories, you'll be fine.
Eh honestly I stopped liking most of that food by like...18. It just became stale to me. I still eat some fast food sometimes cause its basically my only option, but never the stuff that just tastes bad imo.
Also if it wasn't bad for you, it wouldn't be unhealthy. In the end you have to learn to actually kill the craving.

The main reason I don't live on fast food any more is down to a special kind of shame that occurs when they ask you if you want "the Usual?".

Not really super unhealthy, but too expensive to do often at a restaurant, and it feels wasteful to make beurre monte at home to do it yourself.
Yao tiew. If you get dim sum, you can usually get these. They're usually served with jok, but I've seen them on dim sum carts wrapped in noodles.
The Won Ton Gourmet. If you're in the Chicagoland area, this place is in Elk Grove, right on Elmhurst road. Their Hong Kong style food is excellent. They may or may not like gwai lo, so service may not be great. I've never had any problems, nor have my white friends/fiance who accompany me. If it wasn't an almost hour long drive, I'd eat there way too much.
Our culinary program makes these caramel chocolate tarts; I ate 6 servings of them in one sitting. Just shy of 6k calories.
I'm an adult with a wife and son and I still have a really fucking hard time considering the values of any of the food I eat. I work for Nabisco and am on the road everyday. I'm addicted to fast food. I eat out all the time. I buy tons of candy.
I went from beanpole to looking like an adult though, so I haven't really started to see the effects yet. I'm just considering what I have going on "dad weight".
