As the question says if for the rest of your life you could only use ONE condiment for all of your food what would it be? I'm gonna go Franks Red Hot myself. Hot sauce is pretty versatile. Great on eggs and pizza and even things like rice , burgers etc....
What constitutes a condiment? Is bbq sauce on bbq chicken or ribs a condiment? Is buffalo sauce a condiment? Where does the sauce/condiment gap lie?
Does it count if the ingredient is part of the recipe? Or is it something you apply afterwards once the food is on your plate? Once the food is on my plate, I usually don't touch it.
I guess I'd take ketchup for burgers and durgers.
Hot sauce. Frank's is scandalously expensive in Britain and that's bad because you can drink it like tea because it really isn't very hot, just lovely. Catering packs on Amazon 3.8 litres for 16 quid and I'm really tempted. I usually mix chilli sauce with mayonnaise and have that with chips. All good London dirty chicken shops push that magic.
