I know, a ridiculous topic, but I WANT ANSWERS!

I usually eat about 6 pancakes (can't forget the strawberry jam) when pancakes are my meal. Tasty stuff.

Too many. : (

How big are these pancakes? This is crucial.

#4 Posted by AlexanderSheen (4907 posts) -

Since I'm Central European, pencakes mean this to me and I could eat like 6-8 of these.

Sixty four.

I hate pancakes.

#8 Posted by pyromagnestir (4199 posts) -

As many as I physically can.

Are we talking bunny head pancakes or regular pancakes?

#10 Posted by RandomInternetUser (6789 posts) -

2 - 3

#11 Posted by Deadmanforking (567 posts) -

Depends on size/thickness. When I make pancakes about 7-8 does the job.

I don't eat them anymore, but when i did, I ate one huge, pan-sized motherfucker with hot fudge, peanut butter, whipped cream, and syrup dumped all over it.

#15 Posted by Dany (7887 posts) -

Too much and never enough.

#16 Posted by Castiel (2520 posts) -

As many as I can before feeling physically ill.

#17 Posted by MikkaQ (10264 posts) -

3 is a good number for pancakes.

Crepes though, might as well have a bottomless plate as far as I'm concerned.

#18 Posted by InfiniteGeass (2050 posts) -

All of them.

#19 Posted by Redbullet685 (6021 posts) -

2 or 3.

#20 Posted by Hizang (8534 posts) -

Pancakes are not really an English thing, I have them on Pancake day. Honestly I can't be dealing with pancakes, they take too long to make considering I eat it in 1-2 mouthfuls.

#21 Posted by Darkstorn (463 posts) -

I used to easily eat 5-8 but since I've lost weight and started eating healthy the number is closer to 2-3. But I only eat them rarely now.

2 or 3 is enough

Dos.

#25 Posted by NegativeCero (2974 posts) -

Like 2. I like waffles better, but not enough to eat much more 3.

#26 Posted by Godlyawesomeguy (6385 posts) -

Usually.....eh, I can eat 5-6 before I feel ill. I will be extremely bloated afterwards, which sucks.

#27 Posted by Butano (1728 posts) -

Around 3, maybe 4? I prefer waffles anyways.

#28 Posted by KrypticKiller (190 posts) -

A amount that made me realize if I want to live past 40 25, I can no longer buy them. Seriously.

Mmmm...rooty tooty

American pancakes are different than our overseas cousins' versions. I'm not huge on breakfast so usually 2 or 3 max. Buttermilk pancakes can be rather hearty and I don't like to start the day too stuffed.

#30 Posted by Toxeia (728 posts) -

3, but I need them as thin as possible. If they're fluffy/thick then I get tired of chewing. :(

#31 Posted by SmilingPig (1337 posts) -

Only 1 if its tick 2 if they are thin, with only one tea spoon of syrop.

I wish I could eat more but I am diabetic.

#32 Posted by bigsmoke77 (783 posts) -

I can take town 6-8 pumpkin pancakes on a good morning.

#33 Posted by Pie (7035 posts) -

All the pancakes

#34 Posted by Meltac (1999 posts) -

American Pancakes are the worst, ugh.. But I can probably eat around 7 - 8 pancakes too.

There's somewhere where pancake doesn't mean that? The top one anyway, the other two look weird.

#36 Posted by TehJedicake (875 posts) -

I don't eat pancakes, I eat waffles, the superior food.

#37 Posted by CharlesAlanRatliff (5374 posts) -

Two.

This.

#45 Posted by SockemJetpack (407 posts) -

I prefer waffles if I can get 'em. If there are pancakes on the table though I'm usually good with 3. More than that and I start getting a clogged throat.

#46 Edited by mandude (2669 posts) -

Pancake is too vague a term. When I eat pancakes, I eat about 5. I also only eat about 5 pancakes a year, so there's that.

I thought they called those thick things hotcakes? Or is that just certain places?

#48 Posted by Meowshi (2911 posts) -

3-4 at home.

If I'm at a pancake restaurant, then I will eat all the pancakes.

All of them.

Maybe in some places, but the common term is pancake.
