With only 7 post to your username you are that random dude. Most on the forum will recognize friends and others blog threads, and will check them out happily.

Some people have some really kick ass blogs that are really easy to overlook. Integrating them into the forums is a fantastic idea. And you can turn it off, so there isn't really an issue.

You can filter out blogs. Just go to preferences and check "hide" for blogs.

I agree that having the blogs post as topics is a neat idea. I must disagree that said blogs are "kick ass". There is almost no such thing.

I think it's a great idea to have an option to include blog posts as a thread in the fourms. It makes a blog entry available to a broader audience. If you don't care about a blog just skip it like a regular thread you don't care about. BTW please help me with my problem which I posted about. :)

I seriously don't understand what you are complaining about...other than the fact that you want to complain about how people complain and then complain about your complaining. I mean, I see you typing nothing but dribble onto the boards right now.
If you don't like blog posts going into the forums, then turn them off in your options menu and POOF! magically gone. If you think it's just something that if you, personally, 1 person, complain about enough that it's going to make Snide or Ethan or Maxwell or Jeff or Ryan or Brad or Vinny or whoever designs things say "man, we should really get rid of that feature"...well, then I would say that you might wanna consider dropping a good wad of cash to make your opinion count just a LITTLE bit more.
You are vastly outnumbered, and if you don't like something, well...again...you don't have to be on these forums, you don't have to come to the site...hell, you don't even have to boot up your computer or even wake up with the thought of "oh, hey, I need to go check Giant Bomb". However, lashing out over something so small and trivial like you are special in some manner...is idiotic.

Dude, the guy only said that he didn't like blog posts in the forums. There's no need to attack him like you did twice.
