Jeff bought a car.

According to his Tumblr, he bought a 2012 Lexus IS 350.

I now wonder what his next great never ending endeavour will be.

Awesome. If I had the money to buy a car in this price range, I might be interested in something similar. Four door sedan still fairly practical. Unlike my moderately wealthy older brother. Buying a two door no back seat completely impractical sports car. All I want is for him to buy a car that I can fit my goddamn suitcase into when he picks me up from the airport when I visit. D:

306 HP. Not bad at all. For me going from 100HP crappy Chevy to much better 175HP VW was significant performance gain so that would be insane. Also costs 15K more than my did new hahaha. That car is in Golf R territory,

I know what you mean. I was very close to buying an R/T Challenger and decided on an SRT Charger instead due to the 4 doors, spacious back seats, and 425hp.

Doubt it's that well generally, Jeff is one of the higher ups and most well known so that's going to change things.

Also Jeff doesn't have pets or kids (at least not living in his house and if there are then oh Jesus call child services immidiately). But that Lexus is a pretty nice car. Not what I'd get in that price-rance but I hear that Jeff has been clammering for one for a long time so good for him.

Nice car, personally i'll never buy a new car just because i live in the northeast... Between the salt on the roads and the gravel its enough to make you cry if you really care about your car.

Yea. If you don't have dependents, and you're not a complete idiot with your money, you can actually live pretty well on a normal salary. I'm sure his is one of the better incomes in that industry, though.
