EDIT: All keys have been given away. The contest is closed. Thanks to everybody for participating!

Who's got a Steam account and wants some free games?
I've got some keys leftover from some Humble Bundles that I'm not gonna use. All of the keys are redeemable through Steam.

I've got 5 different keys for different groups of games:

  • Key 1: Wizorb, Bit.Trip Runner, Gratuitous Space Battles, Jamestown
  • Key 2: Feildrunners, Bit.Trip Beat, SpaceChem, Uplink
  • Key 3: World of Goo, Anomaly, Osmos, Edge
  • Key 4: Braid, Cortex Command, Machinarium, Osmos, Revenge of the Titans
  • Key 5: Crayon Physics Deluxe, Cogs, VVVVVV, Hammerfight, And Yet it Moves

To make things more interesting, I have five video game trivia questions. I'll post them one at a time below, the first person to get each question right will be able to pick any of the keys they want, and I'll PM them the key. If nobody gets the question right after a full 24 hours from when I posted it, I'll post a new question.

Good luck, and have Batman.

That's a trick question. "Ivan" was never going to be the protagonist's name, it was the model's nickname.

Alright, all the keys are gone, except for one. It's the final countdown, and this last question is not multiple choice. Let's see who gets it right:

The underwater music from Super Mario Bros. 3 shares the same basic structure as what other musical piece?

#29 Edited by mlarrabee (3099 posts) -

The Great Fairy theme from Zelda?

I have no idea. That's Google talking.

#30 Posted by Vigorousjammer (2545 posts) -

@mlarrabee: You are correct, sir, and you win the final key!

Thanks to everyone for playing, and to everybody who won, have fun with your new games! :)

@Vigorousjammer: Much obliged, mate!

That's just semantics. Anybody who knew about Ivan would likely know enough to figure out that's what I was talking about.

Crap... I'm going to go cry for a bit...
