In his defense that's rather common actually

I go to concerts every 2-3 months

And it's very normal for ticket times to be incorrect where the headlining band is "late" by 20-40min

I guess Europe people don't get out much to concerts

The tubes in London stop running at midnight, so him being that late was an actual problem for anyone who had to commute.
