The part where they say the students could "reasonably assume" that they would be getting kissed by other students seems odd to me. When I was in high school, if there was some function where I was blindfolded and kissed by someone that was set up by school officials in a public setting I don't believe I'd assume that it would be other students, and I'd stay the fuck away from that function...
