From reports, none. It was all HHH's doing. Reportedly, Bruno wants nothing to do with Vince and part of his deal is that he wouldn't have to interact with Vince in any way. Bruno seems to like HHH though.
That directly contradicts what is said by HHH in the ESPN article:
“Clearly, Vince knew about this right from the get-go, and when I said I wanted to reach out to Bruno, Vince was probably thinking, ‘Well, good luck with that,’” Levesque said. “So Bruno and I established this relationship, and as we came to an understanding on all of this, Vince asked me, ‘Hey, do you think I should call Bruno? I’d like to talk to him.’ At the same time, Bruno said, ‘Do you think I should have a conversation with Vince?’ And I said no to both of them. I didn’t think it was right to do over the phone. They had bad blood for a long time, and we’ve all kind of buried the hatchet here, and it’s a new beginning and a fresh start and everybody is in a great place with this. But going back to what Bruno said about being old-school, I think we should all get in the same room together and the two of them should look each other in the eyes and shake hands. This should be in person. I don’t think it’s right to do over the phone. They both agreed to do that, and while it hasn’t happened yet, Hall of Fame is probably where we’ll make that happen. I hadn't read that. You have to take these stories with a grain of salt though. Of course HHH isn't going to publicly admit that Bruno wants nothing to do with Vince.
I'm legitimately surprised people are happy to see Swagger back. He is just so boring. He has had the same character since he debuted and has never really done anything worthwhile. Having a serious, mean face and longer hair is not a character change. He needed to come back with a new look and a different move set. Lose the singlet and the ankle lock. The soaring eagle was funny for a bit, but thats the best thing he's done.
@WilliamHenry: I am with you he everything about him sucks and he will be jobbing again in a month. He can't cut a promo for shit and his hair really looks like crap. They should feed his ass to Cena again just for kicks.
So this sounds like a Raw that I should actually get around to watching.
Just make sure to skip over the half hour or so of them trying to get people to download the WWE App and even show a tutorial on how to do it, cause the WWE hasn't been informed that it's 2013 and people know how to use technology.
Punk vs Jericho is the kind of match that should be on Raw more often (especially as a main event).
Del Rio vs Big Show is surprisingly a great feud. It's that "feud so strong that it spills out of matches and into 'the real world'" and it doesn't feel forced. Which is shocking because Del Rio as a heel was awful, as a face he actually works somehow. And Show has been apart of so many bad and mediocre feuds lately that seeing him play a heel well, with someone that it works well with, and as an actual heel (the kind of insufferable asshole that's just a great big jerk) is nice.
I'm also real glad that The Shield got some mic time with Maddox. The 'reverse The Shield' spot was good (though I sort of wish a comment had been made about how Brad allowed the whole thing to work instead of brushing him under the rug and giving all the credit to Cena.)
I have nothing amazing to say with this post other than it is my 7000th post here on Giantbomb and what better place to do it than my favorite thread. Here is to someday taking down Video Game King. =p
I am so disappointed I missed the return of Mark Henry. Would have been great at the Royal Rumble, but I am glad he is back. He was doing such great work before he got injured.
You know, you can talk about "workrate" or whatever and technical proficiency in the ring but really, wrestling is just at its best when it's giant dudes fucking murdering people.
So, Cena/Ryback/Fella vs. The Shield is official for Elimination Chamber. Not sure how they book this without completely destroying The Shield.
A War Games style elimination chamber seems to be an idea that everyone has come up with but Vince has said in the past that he does not want to do one of those matches again .
@papercut: yeah, but they've literally been building up for this kind of match for months. The Shield can beat up their opponents together, but how are they once they are seperated?

My fear in any of these matches is it coming down to Cena vs ALL THE ODDS
I watched the Hulu-fied version of RAW tonight, and I gotta say, I could watch Bork kill the Miz every week. That Jericho/Punk match was awesome too. I wonder if Jericho will be around long enough to have a reversed rivalry from last year with Punk as heel and Jericho as face. Speaking of Hulu, does anyone know why their version of RAW is cut down to 90 minutes, but the other shows are left alone? Like, is it a Hulu thing or WWE just being dicks?
@Hogshead: The USA Network owns the exclusive rights to the complete three hour Raw inside the US (Which why Scoretv.ca, the Canadian broadcaster of WWE, can put up the full three hour Raw online) and they want to hold on to their ratings so they imposed that rule.
@DrX25: Ah, thanks for the clarification. Granted, sometimes the 90-minute version is superior (got to miss Tensai in drag and the Divas debacle from a couple weeks ago).

I know I'm late to the party here, but BRUNO SAMMARTINO is going to be in the Hall of Fame. I was surprised at Bob Backlund finally getting in, but Bruno? Hell might of not frozen over, but it has gotten a little colder.
I almost almost want to re-buy WWE 13' until I realize that watching the matches are more fun than actually playing the matches. Hope to see more LoC people turned into wrasslers in the future.

@Demoskinos: I'm almost tempted to buy it too, but only really to mess around with the creation stuff. I used to really enjoy all that when I played them in the past. Unfortunately I still feel the price is far too high for just screwing around with that stuff.
