A: Yes, I have, but not for the night. One time was on the way back from the Chicago airport.

A:  No.  The longest I have ever stayed up I think is about 30 hours or so.

A: No. I can't afford to and I usually don't get that angry over a game.

A:No,don't find games (any genre) scary.... (Don't get me wrong i am scared by anything but games....Naww)

A: Yes. I find games can be far more scary than any film because of the interactive factor. 
A: Yes, I have a bizarre habit of chewing tissue paper and occasionally I accidentally swallow it.

A; Hell no. Although i did have Resident evil 4 dreams but they weren't scary.
