Hey everyone. I am currently in the market to buy a new laptop. One of my biggest priorities is that it be lightweight, as I have to lug it around on public transportation a lot in connection with my job. It needs to be capable enough to run Photoshop and other applications like Aperture plus the basic document stuff. I would also like to be able to play games on it, but nothing too crazy - Minecraft-type stuff that doesn't entirely fry your computer.

My budget is around $750, but I can push it up and save my money if you think it's worth it. I do like the look of the notebooks in this guide to lightweight laptops: http://www.squidoo.com/best-lightweight-laptops2. (Sorry, can't get the link to go live.) What do you think?

Also, I've heard lots of good things about Lenovo laptops. True or false?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am sorry to be negative, but good laptops don't come cheap. Also avoid those Lenovo brands.

You should be able to get a pretty good Toshiba Satellite for that price.
