It will connect for a little bit maybe a couple minutes, then it loses connection to the wireless, you can restart the wireless and turn everything off and it will stay connected for a little longer, but as soon as it goes to sleep or after a while it just kicks off again.

How many devices are wirelessly connected to the same router? I had the same problem with my 360 until I manually assigned it an IP. For whatever reason, it was connecting with the same IP as my laptop and when I went online with the laptop, the 360 would get booted off the network.

Upgrades to Mountain Lion probably a week or two ago now. Haven't had a single issue with wireless so far. I would go as far as to say it works even better now because it remembers my passwords for the various university wifi networks too, not just at home now.
