I'm watching Fifth Element, and there's that part where Gary Oldman stops his bomb, then the "orc" activates his own, and Oldman's last words are, "Oh, no". Not incredibly innovative, but the delivery was good.

My question: what are some memorable last words or last moments in fiction (movies, books, comics, video games[?]).

Blade Runner for sure. Roy Batty's death always gets me. "All these moments will be lost in time. Like tears...in rain. Time to die." Love it

This line has always stuck with me for some reason.

@ch3burashka: For some reason the one that comes to mind is Robert Muldoon saying "clever girl" right before he gets ripped to shreds by a raptor in Jurassic Park

Rosebud is probably the most famous last word from a movie, right?

Dirk Diggler: I am a star. I'm a star, I'm a star, I'm a star. I am a big, bright, shining star. That's right.

Not so much words, as much as just a scream but it will haunt me forever.

Final Boss in Wolfenstein: "Roseknospe" or Rosebud in engrish.

@ 4:21, tried copying the video location at current time but didn't work. Is that a bug?

I'm partial to "Ass" Dan's "I'm gonna live forever!" from SNL.

@village_guy: On one hand the exaggeration and total immediacy of it is hilarious, but it also exists to absolutely pierce through pretty much all other noise in what is typically a quiet game. What a way to let the player know things have just gone bad. I can understand being completely petrified by it just as much as I can bursting into laughter at it's sheer ridiculousness. It's really good.

Oh my fuck here's the motherfucking answer, it's right HERE.

I swear I've seen that movie 100 times and this line always sends a cold heartless shiver down my back like it was the first time.

Look at this drumkit I made out of old landmines.

That dildo you're driving up me with a hammer looks just like a 5 inch artillery shell.

Don't pull the trigger very hard so the bullets come out slowly and when I see them I'll duck.

Watch this tiger take a biscuit out of my mouth.

Daddy, I'm going to the police.

"We're not tools of the government, or anyone else. Fighting was the only thing, the only thing I was good at. But at least I always fought for what I believed in. Snake... farewell."

Basically, that whole scene is full of some of the most memorable lines in all of Metal Gear.

We use royal harriers!!
