Movies that are so terrible they are somewhat entertaining.

I think it's a whole lot better when you are watching the movie in it's entirety and this scene just sneaks up on you. The volume being turned up helps too since it makes it more of a surprise. I laughed so hard at that the first time I saw it. "

Mystery Science Theater 3000 plied their trade in terrible movies, though some of them were pretty entertaining on their own.  Space Mutiny, Hobgoblins, and Manos: The Hands of Fate are so irredeemably awful that they're hysterical.
