MY FAVORITE SOCCER/FOOTBALL TEAM IS....

what is everyone's favorite team? My national team is USA (and I root for Mexico 2nd), but some of my favorite local teams are Chivas, UNAM, America, Manchester Utd, and Real Madrid

Local: Club Brugge (Belgian)
Globally: Barcelona, though Manchester United is pretty good as well.

In order of how much I follow them:

English Premier League -Sunderland
International - England
Spanish La Liga - Athletic Bilbao
English league 2 - Wycombe Wanderers
English Championship - Watford
Scottish League 1 - Partick Thistle

Domestic: Man Utd.
International: Eng-er-land.

Local: AFC Bournemouth

Usually the only time i watch football is when its the world cup/euro cup/fifa cup and all that major stuff. Usually i root for England because i got some roots from there. But i also like Germany.

Local: UA Maracaibo
Clubs: Barcelona
International: Italy

Though I haven't seen a complete football match since the 2008 Euro final.

Premier League: Manchester United (no, really!)
International: Republic of Ireland, but i'd like to see Northern Ireland do well.....unfortunatly, neither seem to be able to qualify for tournaments often, so im usually left supporting Holland
Spain: Barcelona
Italy: Inter Milan
Brazil: Cruzeiro

I used to be a Newcastle United supporter, and I guess I still kinda am even though I don't watch football at all anymore. Sadly they lost their Irish link with Shay Given moving to Man City recently :( (there may be other Irish players on the Newcastle team now; if there are it just shows how out of touch I am with the sport)

Priemier League, probably either Manchester U or Liverpool

Football:
Local = Perth Glory, World Wide = Manchester Utd, National = Socceroos (Australia). I don't follow teams in any other league.

Rugby League:
Local = Brisbane Broncos thats it I don't follow international league but I support NSW, Country and Australia in rep football.

Rugby Union:
Local = NSW Warratahs in the Super 14s thats it other then Australian Wallabies for international rep football.

Australian Rules:
Richmond Tigers, there is no state rep football anymore. And Australia are the only country who professionally plays the sport.

Newcastle never really had a huge irish link. Sunderland was always the the team in the north east with the bigger Irish contingent.
