What do I do?
This information came to light minutes before typing this post. I'm not sure what to do other than bring this to the internet. Bear in mind she's a twin so there's another one.
Get rid of them, discretely.
No, she needs to be made an example of.
Are you saying that Adam Sandler simultaneously farting, sneezing, and burping while having sex with Salma Hayek is NOT the Citizen Kane of Video Games?
Accept that some people like different things, even things you don't see any social or artistic merit in, and that it's not worth fighting about unless they like something super-racist or socially objectionable.
I don't like the film either, but save an argument for when your relatives do something really bad.
I tolerated the first one, but I acknowledge it was a bad unneeded movie. That say, I concur with the posters above. This is not a 'i legit liked this movie' kind of film, both of them.
@blu3v3nom07: She expressed interest in seeing Grown Ups 2. She thought the first one was "funny".

I feel like you took this thread, seriously.
@gamer_152: I've decided were going to shove this under the rug like a mental illness in the 19th century.
I'll give you 50 bucks and take her off your hands. That way it's not your problem any more, and since she's a twin you have a spare.
It's just a phase, I'm sure. When I was a teen I liked Mannequin.
Well for one this means there is a chance your gene pool is now contaminated. Which means for the good of the human race means you must ensure that you, your sisters, and your parents never procreate.
I suggest you start tying, snipping, and clipping immediately. This mutation must stop here. You are Gandalf. As a fellow wizard must tell you that shit is fucked up.
I have to admit the first one made me laugh. It is a stupid, sexist, ageist, all-phobic, gross out movie...but I actually sort of admire Adam Sandlers DEMONSTRATED opinion of Hollywood.
Here is the deal folks, the power-that-be in Hollywood will give you money for anything that is crap, but will not support a good or thoughtful movie ever. So why not collect eight of your friends, pound out a script in ten days, film something over three weeks, spread about $50 million around your home state's economy, give your friends with decent salaries mostly paid for by soft drink, fast food, and beer, and tie-ins. Nobody loses a penny. The studio makes it money back tenfold. The 'corporate food/drink/tobacco' backer gets their products shown on screen a dozens times. The theaters make money, the pimply faced kids working at the theaters earn their $7.50 an hour, and the whole economy turns. People are mildly entertained because...let's admit it...Grown Ups has more of a story than a Michael Bay flick.
You could call what Sandler does a scam, but everyone makes money. It is not a scam, it just playing the system for maximum advantage. You might ask why doesn't Adam make good movies? Well, why should he and would it be helpful to anyone? When you account for all the money Sandler has made through salaries and profit participation, then you give roughly 35% to the US Government, experts peg Sandler's net worth conservatively at $300 million. Sounds like a lot for basically playing the same character over and over but Forbes estimates that for every dollar Sandler has ever been paid, his movies have made $9. Now consider that for every buck he makes he is making sure David Spade, Rob Schneider, Maya Rudolph, Will Forte, Rachel Dratch, Colin Quinn, Nick Swardson, or Tim Meadows all have jobs that pay about a million for a few weeks work. Most of those folks would not have a GOOD paying industry job that year without Adam.
Adam Sandler is 'probably' the smartest and nicest person in Hollywood aside from Tom Hanks. Thank about it, when was the last time he was on TMZ for doing anything wrong? When was the last time he ran over a kid in a sports car? When was the last time he insulted some B-list start struggling with addiction? The dude just makes people money, watches out for his friends, loves his family, supports charities, and enjoys his life.
Are you sure she is really a twin and not the evil bizarro world version of your real sister? check for a beard.
@monkeyking1969: I'm pretty sure Keanu Reeves is nicer than Adam Sandler.
@monkeyking1969: Just because he is a decent business man does not mean he is a nice person unless you know him in person you cannot really make such a claim. just saying.
My parents liked Jack and Jill.
Jack. And. Fucking. Jill. My parents. You think you've got it bad?
So did mine. But they're getting older now and I just assume it's a sign that senility is kicking in.
Get rid of them, discretely.
but there's too many of them.
In my opinion, Grown Up really wasn't the abomination every says it is. It was completely unnecessary and went for some cheap laughs, but it had some funny moments with Steve Buscemi and Colin Quinn.
That being said, the new movie looks completely terrible. If your sister actually enjoyed Jack and Jill however, then that'd be a different story.
@bestusernameever: Wait....that was amusing and all but that first part seemed genuine so I'm kind of confused. Full disclosure: I've never been to RedLetterMedia.
