I believe that this is a very annoying song that can stick with you if you aren't careful.

"Hey baby, I hear the blues a-callin',

Tossed salad and scrambled eggs

Oh My

Mercy

And maybe I seem a bit confused,

Yeah maybe, but I got you pegged!

Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!

But I don't know what to do with those tossed salads and scrambled eggs.

They're callin' again.

....Good night, Seattle, we love you."

I like that song and have it on my Zune because of the Reservoir Dogs soundtrack. Also here's the original song.

It's not enough that this song makes my physically ill, it has been caught in my head several times.

I like Eminem, but christ on a crutch, this song does NOT want to leave my head... doesn't help that this is from his worst album, and this song is a good example of why it's his worst.

This tends to get stuck in my head every so often. It comes and goes, though.

Just watched Tokyo Drifter for the first time. I can't stop whistling the damn theme song. SO AWESOME AND CATCHY.

Saw an article on how this song was similar to Niggas in Paris....now this beat is forever stuck in my head =(

I don't think anyone will be able to top this one, how does this guy remember his lyrics? It's a mystery!

I absolutely adore the disconnect from its subject material that inadvertently is quite hopeful.

#41 Posted by Flappy (2356 posts) -

@PrimalHorse: I totally forgot this song was a thing. Then again, R. Kelly put his fingers in just about every movie soundtrack back then.

I watched that Die Antwoord video and I can't tell if it's a joke?

I catch myself whistling or humming x-mas tunes just about year round. Probably a result of playing them in multitudes of school and town bands when I was younger. Let it Snow is a particularly nefarious offender.

Luckily there's some decent Jazz standards stuck in there too.

#44 Posted by HaltIamReptar (2029 posts) -

@Apparatus_Unearth: They're South African. Hopefully you're responding to something more than "gosh, they sound funny".

#45 Posted by Wacomole (837 posts) -

That one that goes "dun dun duh dun dee dee daa daa" or is it "dun daa deee dun dun daa".... you know the one. That really annoying one with the thing and the stuff.

#47 Posted by Apparatus_Unearth (3245 posts) -

Nope, that they're South African is pretty cool. I just wasn't feeling the lyrics.
