The point of this game is to simply name the song that these lyrics are taken from.
Easy enough, right? WRONG.
No using search engines!
If you get it right (and you will know if you do, the lyrics are pretty unique!), then along with the answer post your own lyrics excerpt, and the game goes on!
If multiple people post the name and post lyrics at the same time, then in order to continue you must name all of the songs listed by each current winner. This helps buff against picking easy songs, because the challenge after that will then be brutal!
If you issue a challenge, make sure to check back into the thread every couple minutes to see if somebody got it right, and let them know.
