Need help remembering an old kids show

As I recall it was on ytv, a canadian station, but I'm not sure if it was on anywhere else. It was aired in the 90's maybe early 2000's. The show was a classic teen drama show in the same vain as Saved By The Bell but all the students were a little older and they were on like a cruise ship. They would do classes on the ship, like normal school, and be able to get off at certain destination to have fun. They're were your average joke characters and tough guys and as I recall the captain of the ship adopted one of the more troubled teens. Can anyone give me a name or tell me I this show existed so I don't feel like I'm going crazy:P

I have never heard of this Breaker High. But it sounds like a real epic. Glad you solved the mystery though, there is nothing worse when that happens.

I remember Breaker High.  There was also a series based on the Sweet Valley High books (my best friend's sister read them, that's how I know) and a Young Hercules series back then.  And then there were all the Saved by the Bell knock offs like Hang Time, City Guys and California Dreams.  Interesting note, actor Ryan Gosling started on Breaker High and moved to Young Hercules.  Now he makes regular movies like Remember the Titans, The Notebook and Lars and the Real Girl.  Also, all the Hercules TV shows and spin offs were from Sam Raimi's production company.  Now he's making a World of Warcraft movie.

Before I went into this forum I had planned to make a joke and just say "Student Bodies" regardless of what you were asking.  
 
I thought for sure it would have been some obscure '80's cartoon or something...
 
Then I got inside and read the first few lines;  Saved by the Bell-esq, Canadian, teen drama...   
 
Until I read the line about the cruise ship I was way freaked out. 
 
I mean, who guesses Student Bodies and gets it right?!
 
I thought for sure I had become psychic or that the world was coming to an end...
