New Jurassic Park movie?

I just recently found out about this through my Facebook feed and figured I'd ask you guys how you all felt about it. The above footage looks pretty bad to me. Maybe it is the CGI, but man. It doesn't come out to 2015 so maybe I'm passing judgement a little early.

I'm sure I read somewhere that that trailer isn't actually for the movie, but for something else with that name.

Still excited for whatever the movie will be!

Maybe it's for the video game that's coming out. Isn't there going to be a new game? I thought that's what I heard.

Apparently that was a pitch video made for universal in 2011 for the movie. It didn't go anywhere...

There's been some confusion about that video, some claiming it was a pitch for a film and others claiming it was a pitch for a game. In any case, it has nothing to do with the film that's currently in production, despite the name.

CGI looks pretty low in quality so unless it's a direct to dvd sort of thing I don't think it's real, with that said I'm not sure if a new one is needed, the first while flawed was decent everything after was just terrible action shlock.

Now I really want to see a new movie with dinosaurs...

Well, according to wiki it's in the list among the other films and is said to be JP4 and is suppose to be a re-boot of sorts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurassic_World

I am a bit worried now, I don't want bad SyFy looking CGI in my Jurassic Park movies. :(

@ravelle: Oh I know the new movie is supposedly "Jurassic World", I just meant that the trailer you posted was for something else called "Jurassic World" and not the upcoming movie.

So pumped for Jurassic World. Jurassic Park is quite honestly my favourite movie of all time (childhood obsession with Dinosaurs).

There is a new Jurassic Park coming out, directed by Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed). This isn't it. This was a leaked pitch from a few years ago that never went anywhere/

Jurassic World has a lot of potential I think. Also forget that trailer.
