New Star Trek Trailer

If you haven't seen the new trailer to the Star Trek movie that's out next year, I highly suggest watching it.

I saw this while seeing QoS (which was extremely disappointing) ...the new Star Trek film looks like it could be an alright movie, but I've never been too into Star Trek and something about the way Spock looks really bugs me. I think it might have to do with that Sylar guy's eyebrows...I don't know, there is just something weird looking about him.

Alfred? Lenard Nemoy! 

Yeah, it looks cool, but I'm still doubtful about it. Doing a movie based around these already extremely popular characters is risky. People (including me) will have high expectations for it, it'll take allot to to live up to those expectations. Personally I want them to do another star trek series, set during/after voyager.

Dude, was that Simon Pegg as Scotty? Sold.

I was excited at first, but this trailer turned me off.

Bad special effects, too much action, and was that a sex scene?

J.J. Abrams will probably ruin it, but it's nice to see an ensemble cast like that and the retro look is lovely.
