nxe messes up hdtv's

nxe messed up my hdtv, when I was adjusting the picture (the tv's) it crashed and I couldn't change it back to regular tv (from hdmi).

Sorry, that has everything to do with your TV and nothing to do with your Xbox or the NXE.

I really doubt the console had anything to do with it since all it sends are visual and audio signals to the TV. If your TV is having problems it just means there's something wrong with your TV.

You might think about what's wrong with your TV first instead on immediately blaming your Xbox 360 or NXE.

it only happens with the xbox 360. Since its hooked via hdmi, I think it sends out information (via binary code) that messes up the internal cpu of my lcd tv. If anybody else is hooked via hdmi and is having similar problems please write in so I know its not my television.

Yes it is possible to update the firmware of a TV, but not in the manner you are referring to. The problem is soley with your TV, the 360 is not capable of altering your TV in this way. Contact your TV manufacturer and see about getting it repaired, hopefully under warranty. I suggest not mentioning this 360 business.
