Yep, it's that time of year again.  Your months of anguish are over.  Football is back!
 
Please, keep only NFL talk in this discussion.  I will start a college football thread next month when the season officially starts.  I will also post a schedule at the bottom of this thread with dates, times, and outcomes of the games.

It has came only after my whole life of and franchise history of absolute ineptitude and embarrassment.  It really is quite a feeling after going through so much in the franchise's history.  Being in New Orleans for the Super Bowl is something I will never forget.  You would have to be there to truly know how it was. "

Seeing that your a Giants fan, yeah.  The Superbowl was a great one, with the Giants defense being great. Though the game was no blowout, only a fieldgoal of a difference, with some amazing/lucky catches from the Giants. At least one team though is still winning more than .500 of their games. ;) "

Now I've found ATDHE, I'm going to make a real effort to watch the season this year. Not sure who to support though, I haven't watched properly since the 49ers had the TO and Garcia tag team.

Go... Niners? I feel the same way as Coonce does about this upcoming NFL season.

I still don't understand the hate for Tebow.  What has he done to cause so much offense and invite so much derision, aside from being incredibly Christian and winning the NCAA championship?

I'm rooting for the Vikings and the Colts. Also have some love for the Patriots, as Tom Brady is from Michigan. Screw the cheatin' Saints.

Bump for the start of the season soon.  :)

my team is the Philadelphia Eagles, after a decade of the Mcnabb era, we start anew this year with a team that has an average age of 25 years old lead by Kevin Kolb, Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Brent Celek, Trent Cole, Broderick Bunkley, Bandon Grahm, Sterat Bradley etc.. while us eagles fans will never forget McNabb, Westbrook, Dawkins, Trotter, Hugh Douglas, Ike Reese, and the rest of the players that gave us the winningest record in the NFC since 2000, it's time to move on to the next chapter with these young guys.
