Long story short, I wasn't paying attention and went to a bizarre URL someone posted on 4chan.  It took a few moments to load, and when it did it was mostly text.  I didn't download anything, and pretty quickly realized it was pretty much wall to wall ads.  There was a big white space on the left-hand side, so maybe Firefox wasn't loading a video or something.

ANYWAY, I cleared my cache, cookies, ran Spybot, which didn't catch anything.  There are no unusual processes running.  So uhh...am I safe, or should I do anything else?

If you have the option, go back in time and prevent yourself from ever having visited 4chan.

If you don't have that option, go into witness protection. 4chan now has all of your details. Even ones that weren't stored on your computer. Also, your soul.
