On a scale of 1-10, how in shape do you consider yourself?
I got to martial arts (krav maga) 4X per week, one and a half hours a day and I just went through a two and a half hour test this month. I am in good enough shape, will take next month off, maybe i'll join something else like MMA. I voted 8, I would have to push myself if I want a higher fitness level, which is unnecessary unless i'm an amature MMA fighter or some athelete. I think my fitness level should be good enough, I have better things to do than to exercise everyday.
7 and maaaybe an 8.
Not much of a workout type, but I do consider it a good thing to stay in shape so I walk or bike whenever I can and hit the gym once or twice a month.
(If you drive me over the edge, I explode, so yes I'm a grenade!)

Don`t know how long a mile is so I picked six just to be on the safe side.
If a mile is under 5 kilometers I should have picked seven.
I'm an 8 for sure. I hate working out just to work out... I love to go running and swimming though and do so 3 times a week. If I ate better (dude... I love junk food) I'd have given myself a 9.

You only get one body. :) It's hard to get motivated at first but once you start it becomes like clockwork and to the point where you actually miss it when you forget to do it.
Id say a 7. I enjoy going to the gym 5-6 times a week, lifting as well as playing some racket ball or swimming. I was over weight in high school, and dropping 70+ lbs pretty much gives me enough motivation to continue a high fitness level for the rest of my life.
EDIT: If I could change it to a one I would, I pretty much just ate like 8 pieces of silicon pizza. FML
5. I am about 15 pounds over my target weight, but I know if I kick my exercise regiment back into gear, I will loose it very very quickly and start bulking out again.
Being on a diet that consists mostly of free vegetable juice has it's benefits. But regardless, until I move into my new apartment, exercising is very difficult. So I think I'll just let these last two weeks go and really start to step up after labor day.

Been doing 2 hours of cardio everyday since christmas, have completely cut sodas and other junk food out of my diet, yet I haven't lost any weight at all. So I consider myself fit but I don't really look fit.
I am super skinny due to my high metabolism, but I work out three or four times a week so that I can gain and keep some muscle. Mostly I do bodyweight exercises, since I don't have access to a gym, but I also practice parkour, which is fun and also very good exercise. I went with 7 though, because I need to do a lot more cardio.
I judge myself around seven, I used to be a nine when I was trying out to be a Fire-Fighter, But that fell through...
I could easily pull myself back to around 8, But I like where I am right now, I like to eat stuff other than bars, I like a good steak and I love BBQ's and I like Alcohol, so, yeah, a 7 will do me just fine,

I wanted to choose number 2 cause it made me lol. But I mean I'm over weight, and I spend large portions of my free time playing games and on the internet. I don't eat much food any more. But I'm just unmotivated to burn through the weight I have.
During the school year I'd say 7 since the gyms are free there and I play sports all three quarters, football, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. Unfortunately during the summer it falls to a five. Luckily I'm a naturally healthy eater and can work out at home; I'm just not as active as I am when I'm at school, so I voted 6.
6 or 7. I work out a little bit once a day, or I try to. I typically do a lot of walking, around campus, and with friends. I suppose my eating habits are pretty fucked. I recently started forcing myself to eat a breakfast, but I'm usually too bust to eat another meal until late, right before bed. So I either try to sleep while hungry or eat without working it off.
I used to be really out of shape, but over the past few years I've been a lot better. I can almost stand to look at myself now. hahah...
Um. Probably a 6 or 7. I really don't like working out, but I enjoy going on like 30-50 mile bike rides a few times in the summers. Love to play pick up games of soccer. Waterski and wakeboard all summer as well. During the winter, well usually just getting out and snowboarding once or maybe once every 2 weeks for 3 months of it.
