Parents Face Charges in Colorado Balloon Incident

The parents of the "balloon boy" face charges after it came to light that the incident was a publicity stunt to solicit interest in a reality tv show starring the family. Suspicions were first aroused when the boy, Falcon said on Larry King Live, "I thought we did this for the show". The next day, during interviews on ABC's Good Morning America and NBC's Today, the boy vomited when he was asked about his comment, and again when his father was asked about it, fueling more suspicion.
Charges include:

• Conspiracy to commit a crime
• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
• Filing a false report
• Attempting to influence a public servant.

They definitely deserve some sort of punishment for what they did, but prison seems a little excessive. 

I was watching ABC News and they said since they have no past arrests, so they won't serve jail time. They will probably get probation or a nice big bill.

Well deserved punishment, those parents are fucking corrupt and shouldn't have kids.
