Wow, you can tell his being in front of the camera has benefited him. He's coming off way better than any of the others so far.

Wow that chat over there is super fucked up. People are shouting about how hes wrong about femenism and he hasnt even said anything about it yet. But those people arent overly defensive or anything! I swear!

And kind of a downer, i expected more from the Giant Bomb community. But Kudos to the people who actually came to hear Patrick speak instead of just being a dick in chat.

Haven't seen the other presenters, but he's doing pretty well right now.

Wow patrick is goooooood, im really impressed with his delivery.

Yea you can tell hes way better at this than any of the people before him. A couple years doing stupid shit in front of thousands of people every week can have that effect I guess.

I think Patrick is doing great so far. Its a shame the livestream chat is so terrible but the fact that it is pretty much making his point for him is something i guess.

Okay Patrick mentioned the name "Bonerman26" in his speech and apparently there was a guy in the chat with that exact name who was offended by the mention....too perfect

There is something funny about the chat on that talk pretty much proving his entire point about the quality of discourse on the internet. It was extremely fitting.

Patrick was brilliant in that. Very engaging and confident in what he was saying, bringing up some very good points.

Came in a little late, but from what I saw Patrick did a great job.

Amazing job, Patrick! It's a shame those people in the chat were such a negative example of what you were talking about. But you did really well, and I don't see how anyone can objectively say you didn't make a good speech.

This was weirdly underproduced for a Tedx talk, but scoops did great. Good for him.

Maybe I'm off base but, of the ones I saw (not counting the video from 2011) he seemed like the only one talking about how to improve things and not just about himself.
