Like many. All the pax tickets sold out before I could get one. I recently moved to Seattle so since I'm now in walking distance to the convention center, I am compelled to attend. Still checking the ebay, stub hub, and reddit, the scalped prices available seem to be roughly 3x - 4x the original ticket price. I've never been to any pax event.

So for a single day ticket, is it worth it?

When does the paxamania happen, Sunday?

Any general advice?

Thanks in advance duders.

I honestly just can't fathom paying 3-4x the price to get into a convention where most of anything worth seeing will be streamed or available to play within months anyhow.

So I'd say keep your money.

Well since you live in Seattle, here is what I suggest

scan ticket prices closely on craigslist and reddit, and if they don't come down go to the convention center day of the event. At the last minute people will be desperate to dump tickets. If you are lucky you can score one for face or less .

It is not illegal in the state of Washington, but take Slag's advice, come down when the event starts and look for people trying to dump tickets for a low markup.
