Cant tell which is one photoshopped in.  Looks like the white guy is though.  I am guessing that it is because black people are not allowed in poland.  You have to make it more regional.  And asian person might come from china to work for MS in poland, but an african person?  Not really since most black people would be from america that can learn IT stuff, they would stay in america.  If African people could learn IT stuff, then i guess maybe one day they would go to poland.
