POLL - Which US political philosophy are you aligned with?

I consider myself a Centrist, leaning towards the Liberal and Libertarian side of things. What about you guys?

I'm libretartian when it comes to some issues but I'm also pretty conservative. Eh.

I don't know the difference between a statist, libertarian, and confederate. Pretty sure the former two words are just replacements for confederate because the only difference is the whole slavery thing. Which by the way perfectly illustrates the fallacy in being a libertarian.

Economic and foreign policy issues- conservative 
social issues- liberal

I've been getting more and more libertarian over the years, but I lean on the conservative end of libertarianism.

used to be conservative,  but now  I would say I'm a centrist with conservative leanings.

Whatever George, Ben, Thomas, James, and John would do.

This poll does not make any sense.  Libertarians, Conservatives, Centrists, and Liberals are all "Statists".  
 
That said, I'll go with "non-statist", or anarchist

i took an online quiz that said i answered 80% of the questions the way a liberal would, does this mean i win?

I don't like to lable myself... and besides I don't really come close to any of those listed... as I have my own ideas but if I had to choose I would say libertarian.... but only to a certain point.

I'm Liberal, but I absolutely hate political delineation, since it pigeonholes people into a set of beliefs that they may not necessarily hold.

What is this fascination with labeling people have? Would you know me if i picked one of those five? How about you just talk to people and question them about individual issues instead of putting everybody in a little box because it makes you feel more comfortable.

I am for a party that allows other countries to run their countries the way they see fit.  I am for a party that doesn't allow investors to manipulate energy markets to their whim because they make money either way.  I am for a party that promotes cleaner energy without forcing it on us.  I am for a party that realizes that states should be allowed to control things that aren't granted to the federal government by the constitution.  I am for a party that is willing to stand up and say adding all of the nonsense to bills has to stop.  If we are voting on health care reform then the only on that bill should be health care not building bridges.  If a bill can't stand on its own merits then it doesn't need to stand at all.  I am for a party that would at least try to come close to balancing its budget.  I am for the common sense party that unfortunately doesn't exist.
