As we have always maintained with the community here. Creating topics just to post links or embed video content, pasted news articles and so forth without any commentary or discussion value provided is considered spam and thus subject to having the topic locked and/or deleted.
 
Creating a topic just to post 'lol worthy' videos in serves no real discussion value. This is a forum for people to converse, not a forum for people to litter with silly topics all in the name of 'lulz' which is something best left for other sites.
