The better question is when will it end? How long will the people in NJ and NY be waiting in line to vote and than how much longer will it to them to count them. Also some state probably Florida or Ohio will need recount for some crazy reason. Also every always thinking the other guy is cheating so the loser will sue for some even crazier reason.
