Problem With New iTunes and Podcasts

So, the new iTunes is now available and I updated to it. Previously I could download podcasts from websites such as Giant Bomb directly and import them into iTunes and from there, put them into the podcast category so they don't shuffle with my music. With the new iTunes, the options to do that are still there but the podcast is not willing to move once it is in the music library. I know I can subscribe to the podcast through iTunes but there are other podcasts which are not on iTunes and I also organise podcasts differently to how they appear on iTunes. Can anyone help me with this?
