So I see a lot of relationship topics on this forum and I decided to make a thread where everyone gives out one piece of relationship advice. Will this stop the flood of relationship topics? Maybe ( but probably not). Hopefully people wanting some advice could just see this thread, skim through the posts and find one piece of advice that will help them. Here's mine:

- Break up with them before they break up with you.

EDIT: I meant to post this on the Off-Topic forum, sorry. As much as I love the mobile site it almost always redirects me to General Discussion. You can lock this thread if its causing problems on General Discussion I don't mind.

Uhhhh.
-Don't be afraid to be selfish and lie a lot. Otherwise you'll always end up alone.

Try stalking your love interest, this way you can learn helpful information about her/him.........From a safe distance. No need to worry about rejection too!

Alright I'll play along.
If your relationship is so bad that you only know the people you're asking for advice through the internet, it's time for the relationship to end.

-Don't cheat on your partner.

Or am I the only person who cares anymore?

If you like a girl tell her because you don't know how long the window of opportunity will be open.

I hope this thread takes off so the amount of crap threads in the general discussion forum goes down.

Don't ask people on a gaming site for dating advice.

This. A thousand times this.

@Akeldama: Exactly. That's why I'm trying to make one thread so for those people who have the sudden urge to post about relationships on a gaming site they can go there.

Make sure that you start with the best possible pickup lines:

  • "Nice shoes, wanna fuck?"
  • "My dick would look good in your mouth."
  • "Bitch, I got a gun, get in the car."
  • "We'd fuck like a nuclear war."

Note - in all seriousness, three of those four have worked for me.  I'd never actually say the third pickup line...in seriousness at least.

Good luck with that. Nobody ever uses the forum search function. Though your idea is good, it will not quell the influx of hopeless romantics with something to say.

@Akeldama: Can't blame a guy for trying :P

Best advise
'Dont go to forums for advise. Nobody can tell you what to do and bad advise can harm your point of view'

Keep your significant other chained to a wall.

Confidence, hygiene, not posting on gaming sites. The last is essential.

Use gaming forums for all your relationship advice. And do EVERYTHING that is suggested.

This might actually end up being useful, if you do the total opposite of everything you read in here.

Hey guys, I recently had some issues and was hoping you could help me out. I made a thread about it. Basically this one girl is a total prude and won't tell me she loves me.
