Should polls be flaggable?

Just flag the first post. Easy.

My pole is always decorated with a flag.

I just feel like helping out the moderator staff shouldn't result in me not being able to continue to help out the moderator staff, or, in the case of at least the early beta, mean I'm unable to post at all until I beg/provide surely unnecessary (and not asked for) virtual sexual favors for a karma reset.
