People have been giving me compelling arguments for having showers in either morning or night. In the morning it's a good wake up kind of thing but in the end you come home all messed up. In the night it's a good refresher before a comfy sleep, although will totally mess up your hair. I usually shower whenever and sometime have multiple showers in one day which perplexes some people for some reason. How about you guys?
Shower: Morning or night?
Morning. When you shower at night, your hair will be messed up in the morning, forcing you to shower again. You will also have about ~8 hours of accumulated oils on your body when you go out in the morning if you only shower at night. For most people that just shower once a day it's probably wiser to shower in the morning.
Morning. Mainly because I work nightshift in a plastics plant and come home covered in dust and plastic chips. Having long hair, sleeping with wet hair doesn't bother me as long as you know how to brush it.
" Almost always at night. I have a problem with waking up early enough to have morning showers. "
I don't shower, I have baths, and I prefer them at night because it's relaxing and gets me ready for bed. Plus, if I have a bath first thing in the morning I'll often fall asleep (I'm not a morning person, and I'm still super tired early in the morning) and then be late for whatever I have to do.
Also I can't imagine going to bed without taking a shower. Who wants to do that to their bed?
Night. I'm not in such a rush at night, so it can make for a more relaxing shower. I don't have much time in the morning either, so a shower at night is better than no shower at all.
" @eroticfishcake: lol I'm asian and I shower at night. I didn't know it was a 'thing.' But sometimes on weekends or during summer break I shower in the morning as well."There are many subtle 'things' that asians do that white people don't. Like drink hot water regularly which is why you can find hot drinking water dispensers in every asian house these days. White people also like walking around the house in their shoes. Asians wear slippers. I can go on but you get the idea.
Morning. Even though I'm not, I always feel less clean during the day if I take my shower the night before. A morning shower also refreshes me and gets me ready for the day.
Morning... Can't imagine going to school with all dat sweat.

Shoulda made a poll. I take both, I always take a shower in the morning, but I will take showers at night too if I feel like shit. Dont wanna sleep in a bed after being dirty from the day.
Morning. If I shower at night I still wake up with slightly greasy bed hair, and that's just not okay with me.
