Achievements have been axed and may or may not come back in a distant future.
Doesn't mean it couldn't be implemented in the wiki somehow. Though it probably makes sense to wait until you can do that automatically, I suppose.
They have to be fixing this for the next consoles, right? I mean Sony is all about the social sharing business with the PS4 (and presumably Microsoft will be as well), and there's clearly a demand for this sort of service. It would be insane for them not to have an API for it!
Then again, this is Sony and Microsoft we're talking about.
Jeff hinted (I think on his Tumblr?) that they might revisit some of that stuff once the PS4 and new Xbox have been released and their achievement systems have been laid out, but for the moment the achievement tracking is not a priority.
Apparently in it's current state it's more trouble than it's worth.
